4 night minimum

JUNE, JULY & OCTOBER:

DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH & APRIL:
$900 USD per night + IVA

Initial deposit to secure rental: 50% of rental fee plus 50% of IVA tax {16%}. Balance of rental fee/IVA tax and $500 Refundable Damage Deposit due 45 days prior to Check-in date.
 
Payments accepted: personal check, bank transfer, and Zelle

Owner's cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled 90 days prior to check-in date will receive a 50% refund of rental deposit.
